Orders are usually processed and shipped from California within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Processing time can be longer during sales and special promotions. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Within the United States
We offer free ground shipping via USPS and UPS on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States. Orders that include footwear will always have tracking and require a signature as proof of delivery. Free shipping is not included for Final Sales (items discounted 45% or more)
We offer flat rates to various international locations via USPS. We also offer discount rates for faster delivery via DHL and UPS. Shipping to Canada is Free on all orders of $250 or more (via USPS). Shipping shoes/boots to the UK, EU and other European countries is a flat rate of $25. Shipping shoes/boots to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia is a flat rate of $30. There are also discounted shipping rates to the rest of the world via DHL. All shipments come from California, USA. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these might be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Free/flat rate shipping is not included for Final Sales (items discounted 45% or more)
At Welted Sole we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, we will gladly accept the return of unworn footwear within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Within the United States
FREE RETURNS on your first pair of shoes/boots from within the United States. Getting the fit right on a pair of shoes is difficult to do when buying online, specially if you're unfamiliar with the brand. We recommend (but not require) that you contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for sizing guidance before making a purchase. We understand that footwear sizing is very subjective and everyone has their preference on how they want their shoes to fit. When you receive your footwear, If it doesn't fit, just email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase requesting a pre-paid return label.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning all subsequent footwear purchases. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making your return for further instructions.
We will gladly accept returns of unworn footwear. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the reason is because the item is faulty, incorrect or has been damaged during shipping. Please note that for a non-defective international return, the total refund amount will be subject to a 5% restocking fee based on the items value. To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, without creases on the uppers and no scratches on the sole. We recommend that you try shoes on a carpeted floor and avoid bending. The packaging must also be in its original undamaged state.

Upon receipt of your returned item, your refund will be processed within two to four weeks.
